2007-2008 A Flip Zone Rules and Policies Class Procedures: 1. Please arrive promptly for all classes. A Flip Zone suggests 5 minutes prior to the start of class. 2. All Classes have limited availability. Instructors may vary from class to class. 3. Personal Items: Please place all personal items in the gym during parent/child classes. 4. Students may wear any type of comfortable clothing.  No socks or shoes in the gym.  Students are requested to have hair tied back to eliminate interference with their vision or placement of hands and feet. 5. We ask that parents escort their child to the bathroom prior to each class to eliminate trips during class. We ask that mini stars students wear a clean diaper or pull-up. Students have a wetting accident will be asked to leave the gym area and not return unless clean dry appropriate apparel is available. 6. Prior to each class, students should remain in the viewing area until they are instructed to enter the gym area. Only participating students are welcome in the gym area. Parents and other siblings please refrain from entering the gym area. 7. No gum, food, or drink other then water is allowed in the gym area. 8. Tuition pays for your child's spot in your child's class. However, as a courtesy, A Flip Zone offers make-ups when and where it does not interrupt the safety or the quality of class for those children registered in the class. The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled makeup class.  Make up classes are required to be scheduled in advance.  The makeup class must take place during the current session.  And, once made, the makeup  can not be rescheduled. Registration: 1.  Students currently enrolled receive first opportunity to re-enroll for classes. 2.  All new students need a complete registration filled out by a parent prior to participatin in any class. 3.  10% sibling discount is offered. 4.  Student referral discount:  Refer a "new-to-Flip-Zone" family and earn a $10.00 credit to your account.  Credit applied after referral registers with payment.
